Happy Holidays
A couple of weeks ago, Steve and I were at a local restaurant having a particularly happy, lucid conversation. I asked him what he wanted for Christmas, not really expecting a specific answer. He thought for several seconds, looked at me, smiled and said, "Life!"
So, I have to keep fighting for him.

I am just reading and re-reading your story. I lost my Mom to Alzheimer's last year, at 88. It was still hard, because I knew already that there were answers and prevention is possible. I am sharing your work with all, friends and colleagues (I am a curriculum developer, so the brain and learning have long been key to my interests, and the obvious links between what we ingest and everything else that happens in and to our bodies.

Thank you for all your work in getting this information out. My husband is healing a brain tumour. He had radiation & chemo, and the tumour doesn't appear to be there anymore. Over the last two years, we have been using coconut oil. He uses it on his toast, on salmon & potatoes, and on popcorn. We have both noticed that his memory is improving. Since reading your book this week, I am starting a regime of incorporating it into oatmeal and will do more with it as much as possible. I am so glad I found your book!

I am using coconut milk and oil, here is a simple thing I include each day, i use a teaspoon of pure cocoa powder in a mug of boiling water (like making an instant coffee) then add a pinch of sea salt (it enhances the flavour) and finish with as much coconut milk and oil as you like- it is delicious when you get the mix to your liking, replaces other drinks with a healthy one!
